Poland - A Pilgrim's Companion
David Baldwin
Have you ever thought of a pilgrimage to Poland? This companion takes the pilgrim to Krakow, Wadowice and Czestochowa, and many fascinating stops along the way, to discover the beauty and rich Christian heritage of Poland. This is the Poland of John Paul 11, Maximillian Kolbe, Sr Faustina, the communist dream town of’ Nowa Huta’, Jasna Gora, and the breathtaking salt mines of Wieleczka. Meditations and prayers punctuate each route. The story of Poland’s faith tested in the crucible of her history is present throughout this journey, which ends with a profound meditation on Auschwitz, where ‘our silence becomes a plea for forgiveness’ (Pope Benedict XVI). David Baldwin, a retired Royal Marines officer, lives in the south west of England and has written several CTS pilgrim’s companions, including the Holy Land and Rome.

The Holy Land: A Pilgrim's Companion
David Baldwin
Of all Christian pilgrimage destinations, the Holy Land must surely be the most desired. For 2000 years pilgrims have gone ‘in a long procession in search of the "footprints" of God in that land which provided the setting for the earthly life of the Son of God.’ (John Paul II). This companion, featuring colour photographs and maps, invites you to walk as a pilgrim in the footsteps of the Master, to seek that ‘living memory’ in the hills of Galilee and the streets of Jerusalem.

The Message of Guadalupe
Gillian Rae
Our Lady of Guadalupe, Queen of Mexico, Mother of the Americas and Protectress of the Unborn Child. Why, in 1531, did Our Lady appear to an illiterate Mexican worker, Juan Diego? How can interest and devotion to her today be so widespread? Our Lady appeared as an Indian girl, speaking Juan Diego’s own native language, and offered her help to the oppressed and largely pagan people from which he came. The miraculous image, which appeared as a result on Diego’s clothing, can still be seen in Mexico today. This booklet tells the story, and the message Guadalupe has for the modern world. Gillian Rae eloquently shows how Mary’s ‘missionary image’ spans the centuries to combat today’s ‘culture of death.’

Devotion to the Sacred Heart (Traditional)
Compiled by Mary Frances Lester
Devotion to the Sacred Heart is a powerful little booklet filled with many of the treasures to be found in the veneration of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Besides containing an explanation of the symbolism found within the Image of the Sacred Heart, it also includes explanations of the 9 First Fridays devotion, known as The Great Promise, the miraculous cure of St. Gemma Galgani as well as many profound exhortations to offer reparation to the Sacred Heart. Authoritative and moving, Our Lord instituted this devotion Himself, saying: " I set neither limit nore measure to My gifts of grace for those who seek them in My heart." In our age of religious indifference, when fervor and charity have grown cold, Jesus exhibits to the world His Sacred Heart as the symbol of God s infinite love showing His Divine Heart as a furnace whose burning rays of love are able to reanimate faith and rekindle love in hearts grown cold and ungrateful.

The Imitation of the Sacred Heart of Jesus
Fr Peter J Arnoudt, S.J.
This incredible though little-know classic of Catholic spirituality presents before the reader the entire school of true Christian holiness and means and excercises necessary to attain sanctity. As no one shall entre Heaven who is not perfect, then if we wish to attain to that perfection which will gain us entrance to eternal happiness, we need to start in earnest and with a sure method to correct every aspect of our lives. The Imitation of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, is just such a 'sure method' that the soul needs as a guide to perfection. For it begins at the beginning and covers every means at our disposal as Catholics, which we have and which we need to perfect ourselves - plus it covers every pitfall that we face in the daunting taks of attaining holiness. Staged as a colloquy between Our Lord and ourselves, Jesus speaks to the reader through the author and thereafter the soul speaks to Jesus. Unique and powerful.

Devotion to the Holy Face
Compiled by Mary Frances Lester
The devotion to the Passion of Our Lord Jesus Christ and particularly to His Holy Face is one of the oldest in the Christian tradition. This venerable devotion was practiced by such great saints as St. Augustine of Hippo, St. Bernard of Clairvaux, St. Gertrude the Great, St. Mechtilde, St. Edmund, St. Bonaventure and St. Therese of Lisieux. Beginning in 1844, Our Lord appeared to Sr. Mary of St. Peter and expressed His desire that whole world should know and practice this devotion in reparation for man s blasphemy. Through the efforts of Sr. Mary St. Peter, Ven. Leo DuPont and countless others, this devotion has become one of the most loved, and remains one of the most needed in our time. Eternal Father, we offer Thee the Adorable Face of Thy Well Beloved Son for the honor and glory of Thy Holy Name and for the salvation of all men. Prayer of Pope Blsd. Pius IX .

Sacred Blood, Sacred Image - The Sudarium of Oviedo
Janice Bennett
Exactly what is this mysterious cloth that has captivated 10 scientists for the last eleven years? How is it connected with the Shroud of Turin, both scientifically and in Biblical terms? Why did the Evangelist John comment so specifically on its position in the tomb, and how is this supported by science? In this book, the reader will follow the odyssey of the cloth from the tomb to Oviedo, entering into the fascinating historical, scientific, cultural, and Biblical investigations that have led many to believe that the Sudarium of Oviedo is the same cloth mentioned in the Gospel of John. It is a journey that one will not soon forget, because it places the reader in a century that is not easily understood in the present day, and will lead even those who are more sceptical to question the dismissal of the Shroud of Turin as a medieval fake.

The Golden Arrow
Sr Mary of St Peter
The classic autobiography and revelations of Sr Mary of St Peter on devotion to the Holy Face of Jesus, with the Golden Arrow prayer. Sr Marie de Sainte Pierre, a carmetlie nun in Tours, France, reported visions of Jesus and Mary. She said that in 1844 she had a vision in which Jesus told her: "Those who will contemplate the wounds on My Face here on earth, shall contemplate it radiant in heaven." She reported that in her vision, she saw Saint Veronica wiping away the spit and mud from the face of Jesus with her veil on the way to Calvary. She said that sacrilegious and blasphemous acts today are adding to the spit and mud that Saint Veronica wiped away that day. According to Sister Marie of St Peter, in her visions Jesus told her that He desired devotion to His Holy Face in reparation for sacrilege and blasphemy, which He described as being like a "poisoned arrow." She wrote The Golden Arrow Holy Face Devotion (Prayer) which she said was dictated to her by Jesus.
