Christmas/New Year ClosingCenacle sales office and despatch department will be closed from December 24th 2007 to January 3rd 2008 inclusive. Orders received after December 20th will be despatched after January 4th 2008. How to place an internet orderPress the Add to Order button next to the item you wish to buy, this will take you to the Order Form screen where you can confirm the quantity to be ordered. When your order is complete, or while you are compiling your order, you may view the delivery charge to be applied, by selecting the Delivery zone, and clicking Order Now. This takes you to the Secure Order form, where the current order total is shown, and your name and address and alternate delivery address (if required) are entered. Logged in customers will have their address details copied to this screen, or returning customers who are not logged in can simply type their email address next to the Select Delivery zone field to retrieve their address details. At any time may either Continue shopping, or Cancel the order. To complete your Order enter your name and address details, and alternate delivery address (if required), and select your method of payment. If you have chosen to pay be credit card, pressing the Order Now button will transfer you to the WorldPay payment screen where you supply your credit or debit card details. Payments may be made in pounds sterling or in US dollars or Euros (the amount will be automatically converted for you). For other payment methods, e.g. phone/cheque with order, pressing Order Now will show a confirmation page, which may be printed - contact us by phone or email with your payment to complete the order. How to order by phone, mail or emailAdd items to your order, then press Order Now to show the order total including delivery costs. Enter the invoice and delivery details, then select "Cheque" or "Phone" as the payment method, then select Order Now again. Print the Order Form, and place your order by phone using your credit or debit card, or by sending a cheque or postal order payable to Cenacle. When ordering by post, phone or email, in addition to your order details, please ensure that you provide us with your name, address and telephone number, so that we can contact you. You may place an order or make an enquiry by email, but we do not recommend you send credit/debit card details via email, as this is not secure. Please make cheques/postal orders payable to Cenacle. Our delivery charges are based on weight and are automatically calculated on your Order Form. For the UK the minimum postage charge is £2.99 and the maximum is now only £4.99. Below is a guide to UK postage prices based on number of books ordered. This is only a guide, as a few particularly heavy books are charged as two or even three books.

Currently the minimum shipping charge for EC orders is £3.50, and £4.50 for Rest of World. An individual shipping quotation may be a cheaper alternative for some countries and some orders - please telephone or email us if you would like us to do this. Delivery ScheduleWe aim to deliver orders within 7-10 working days, however please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
