HELP ON ORDERING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
Press the Add to Order button next to the item you wish to buy, this will take you to the Order Form screen where you can confirm the quantity to be ordered. When your order is complete, or while you are compiling your order, you may view the delivery charge to be applied, by selecting the Delivery zone, and clicking Order Now. This takes you to the Secure Order form, where the current order total is shown, and your name and address and alternate delivery address (if required) are entered.
Logged in customers will have their address details copied to this screen, or returning customers who are not logged in can simply type their email address next to the Select Delivery zone field to retrieve their address details.
At any time may either Continue shopping, or Cancel the order. To complete your Order enter your name and address details, and alternate delivery address (if required), and select your method of payment. If you have chosen to pay be credit card, pressing the Order Now button will transfer you to the WorldPay payment screen where you supply your credit or debit card details. Payments may be made in pounds sterling or in US dollars or Euros (the amount will be automatically converted for you). For other payment methods, e.g. phone/pay by cheque, pressing Order Now will show a confirmation page, which may be printed - contact us by phone or mail with your payment to complete the order.
Add items to your order, then press Order Now to show the order total including delivery costs. Enter the invoice and delivery details, then select "Postal Order" or "Phone" as the payment method, then select Order Now again. Print the Order Form, and place your order by phone using your credit or debit card, or by sending Postal Order payable to Cenacle.
Postal orders, Building Society Cheques and bankers drafts must be made out in pounds sterling (GBP). When ordering by post, phone or email, in addition to your order details, please ensure that you provide us with your name, address and a daytime telephone number, so that we can contact you. You may place an order or make an enquiry by email, but we do not recommend you send credit/debit card details via email, as this is not secure.
Cenacle cannot accept personal cheques. We do accept Postal Order, Building Society Cheques and Bankers Drafts, in pound sterling.
Courier Delivery: UK* Courier delivery is available at £3.95 above our normal postage rates, that is a minimum of £7.45 and a maximum of £10.45. Orders will be processed as per our normal despatch schedule, which is currently 2-3 working days from order date, but will be despatched by Courier, rather than Royal Mail. Larger, heavier orders, such as nativity sets and larger statues, and orders with higher value (over £100) are sent by Courier as standard, so there is no need to pay the upgrade price - for individual items this is indicated in the product details. If next day delivery is required, you should choose our Special Delivery service (see below).
Delivery zone: UK Mainland - includes England, Wales, Scottish Mainland.
Our standard delivery charges are based on weight and are automatically calculated on your Order Form. For the UK the minimum postage charge is £2.50 and the maximum is £6.50 (£10.50 for UK - Offshore). Below is a guide to UK postage prices based on number of books ordered - the actual amount charged is calculated when you have added items to your Order, and selected the shipping zone.

For lighter parcels, the shipping charges will be the same as the UK Mainland charges as shown above. For heavier orders, an additional charge is made.
Currently the minimum shipping charge for UK - Offshore orders is £3.50.
The Courier upgrade charge is £4.95 for UK - Offshore orders.

UK - Offshore orders over £150 attract a reduced postage charge of £5.00 for Standard or £9.95 for Courier.
Shipping for non-UK Mainland orders is charged at cost for airmail, and will be automatically calculated on your Order Form. When placing your order, please select the correct delivery zone:
Currently the minimum shipping charge for EC orders is £8.00, and £8.00 for Rest of World. NB: We have recently reduced prices for Rest of World larger parcels up to 2KG in weight, and for EU larger parcels up to 5KG in weight.
All airmail parcels are sent using a tracked or signed-for service.
An individual shipping quotation may be a cheaper alternative for some countries and some orders - please telephone or email us if you would like us to do this.
We are pleased to be able to offer virtually all of our products, including brassware, lamps and candles, for export to the Rest of the World, including USA/Canada. To view the shipping charges, please add the items to your order, then select Delivery Zone, and press Order Now to view the shipping charge, which will be shown in GPB pounds sterling. To convert to USD, you may click on the Currency converter Xe.com link, which will allow you to calculate the approximate dollar amount.
For non-UK orders, if the wrong delivery zone is chosen at time of order, or if an enhanced delivery option is required, we will ask you to pay an extra shipping charge before despatching your goods. We will contact you by email or phone to request the additional amount. You will have the option of a refund if you do not wish to proceed. Delivery schedule: Using standard delivery, we aim to dispatch UK orders within 3-5 working days of order (due to high seasonal demand, this is a little longer than usual), using Royal Mail First Class postage, or in the case of larger items Parcelforce 48 hour delivery. In the unlikely event of items being out of stock or out of print, we will endeavour to contact you to discuss delivery schedule or alternative products. Please ensure address details including contact telephone number and email address are correct and complete, as we cannot accept responsibility for any orders received with incomplete or inaccurate details. We aim to dispatch all out of stock items within 28 days of order.

For in-stock items, we can offer an enhanced 'special delivery' service for UK customers who need a guaranteed delivery date. If you order by 12 noon, we can usually dispatch for next day delivery . This is charged at our standard postage and packing rate, plus £6.50 (Mininum £10.00, Maximum £12.00). Currently this not available online - please phone us on 0845 458 1684 to check stock availability and book your special delivery. NOTE: Availability of this enhanced service may be limited during very busy periods, so please call to check.
Saturday deliveries: These can be arranged subject to the previous conditions, but incur a flat rate of £15.00 parcels up to 2KG, or £25 for parcels over 2KG. Saturday deliveries are only applicable to mainland UK.
Please note that you may have goods delivered to an address which is different to the Invoice Address. However, this may result in a 1-2 day delay in processing your order, as further checks will be made on such orders. In order to avoid any delay, you may place your order online, but choose to pay by telephone, then telephone Cenacle with your payment details, or you may send a us a cheque or postal order. Please ensure that you provide us with a daytime telephone number.

If a product is priced inaccurately on our site due to system or typographical errors, we reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and not to honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice.

While we endeavour to keep our prices up-to-date, prices may be subject to change without notice. In the unlikely event that we need to charge extra for an item you have already ordered, we will inform you, so that you can cancel the order if you wish.
All online credit and debit card payments are processed through the WorldPay secure payment system. We do not see your credit card details. Payments are accepted in Pounds sterling, Euros and US Dollars. See below for the types of cards accepted. We also accept American Express (Amex) card payments.
