Deepens my quiet time

I cannot really say how this book has really deepened my prayer life and quiet times.
I read it after morning prayer in the Divine Office.
As a lay Carmelite having this book by Fr Gabriel OCD is a real joy.
It is teresian form and for me is an extra bonus.
