Tongue Scraping instructions:

1. Hold Tongue Cleaner with both hands firmly.
2. Extend Tongue Cleaner as far back of tongue as comfortable.
3. Gently scrape the tongue back to front - firmly but comfortably.
4. Wash the residue from the Tongue Cleaner.
5. Recommended use is once or twice daily.
